PRODUCT DELIVERY (SHIPPING POLICY)
Shipping Coverage
RodbuildingShop.com delivers products worldwide, subject to logistical feasibility.
Domestic Shipping (Romania)
For deliveries within Romania, shipping is carried out exclusively via express courier services.
Shipping costs are as follows:

25 RON for orders with a total value below 600 RON

Free shipping for orders with a total value above 600 RON
These conditions do not apply to wholesale or rodbuilder accounts.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via UPS, GLS, DPD, or palletized freight, depending on the destination country and/or the size, weight, and dimensions of the shipment.
The seller reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each order, based on logistical constraints and operational efficiency.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout or communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation, where applicable. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external factors beyond the seller’s control.
Customs Duties and Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For deliveries outside the European Union, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges, in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
RodbuildingShop.com has no control over, and cannot estimate or influence, the amount of such charges.

Uncollected or Refused Shipments
In the event of an uncollected or refused shipment, the seller reserves the right to:

PROMOTIONS AND CONTESTS
SAVA ANDREI ÎNTREPRINDERE INDIVIDUALĂ establishes the rules for promotions and contests it organizes. These rules are communicated via the website or other promotional channels.

RETURN POLICY
We aim to ensure your satisfaction; however, if you are not satisfied, products may be returned.
According to Romanian law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 10 working days, without penalties and without providing a reason. The only costs borne by the consumer are the direct return shipping costs.
Conditions:

The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered (with tags attached, no signs of wear or use);

The return must be made using the same courier as the original delivery.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions will be refused.
You must notify us within 9 days of receiving the parcel if you wish to return a product.
Returns are accepted only via the original courier service.
Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned product, via bank transfer. An IBAN (24 characters) is required.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds apply only to the product value, not to shipping fees.
HOSTING SERVICES, EXTERNAL LINKS, AND ERRORS
RodbuildingShop.com is hosted on third-party servers. SAVA ANDREI ÎNTREPRINDERE INDIVIDUALĂ cannot be held liable for any errors occurring on the website, regardless of cause, including updates, configuration changes, or script modifications.
